Clearform ("we", "us") is a web design and automation studio operating the website clearformdigital.com. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller for the information described below. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:
- Contact form details: your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send us.
- Email correspondence: anything you choose to send us directly by email.
- Basic technical data: standard server and log information (such as browser type and approximate location) that our hosting provider records to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To provide services if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure, available, and working properly.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (when you submit the contact form), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the site, and, once you are a client, the performance of our contract with you.
Who we share it with

- Form handling: contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to our inbox.
- Hosting: our website host stores the site and standard server logs.
- Email: our email provider handles the messages we exchange with you.
These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if relevant, to carry out a project, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to request a copy in a portable format.
